Good information for inquiring minds. And how long is the American people going to put up with this and the Bush Administration. This is going to bankrupt our children and our country. The Bush regeim is going to quietly ride off into the sunset after they destroy as many of our children's lives, social economically, mentally, and physically. They are doing this because they don't care. These people are not conservative, they are manipulating people with conservative values to accomplish their quest for greed, wealth, and power. They are facists.

Hello Democrat Debbi, I appreciate your welcoming response and I got something for you. Here, something to ponder.

http://cnnstudentnews.cnn.com/2000/fyi/new.../10/debt.clock/

Yes, it's the National Debt Clock.

Now note that the plug was pulled after 9/11 because who only knows the social economic abuse of our country that was going to take place in the name of 9/11 by this Administration.

Something has to be done about this catostrophic, physical, social economical abuse of the power of the presidency the authority of the Idealogical, extremist, fundamentalist to abuse that authority through premeditated, instigated fear.

It is so really nice to meet you. I hope you and I talk all the time. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Thank you for your wonderful response Democratic Debby!! biggrin.gif

Sincerely,
A Concerned Parent

From Publishers Weekly
Few lives have been more zealously recorded in movies, photography and literature than Ali's. So it's fortunate that this book is not so much a memoir as a collection of the supreme athlete's spiritual contemplations. Structured as a series of minichapters on abstract virtues—love, friendship,... Read more

[I haven't read all of it. It is rich with wisdom ! I read a little at a time so I can digest it.
My favorite quote so far is "If I don't wake up tomorrow, will I be proud of how I lived today ?" What an amazing guideline for living life !

The statement you made about the current administration leads me to believe you may be a writer (or perhaps you should be).

By the way, I think they should get that clock going again. Interesting to read that article with todays perspective.

I cannot even say or think out loud that amount. Wow, where did you get this info? Dem Debbi is indeed a wonderful, caring person, and I am proud to be a blogger/friend. I have not read the book, but I shall check at the library. I love to read, and I like biographies. Just finished "The Working Poor" and there are parts of that book that I can relate too.

Thank you for being part of JREG, you will add much to the variety of spice here. smile.gif
